Nick as has had 15 years experience working in the health, fitness and professional sport industry. Most recently he acted as leading technical advisor on refurbishments for the treatment and medical suite at Manchester City football club. As a partner with Proleisure Nick has recently led and project managed the delivery of nine world class football pitches for the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi.

Mel has had 16 years experience working within the airline industry and more recently working with small businesses in an advisory capacity. She has held senior posts within British Airways in the Strategy, Planning and Operational areas with responsibility for airline growth and fleet acquisition. Mels’ work in the private sector involved new company start-ups within the ‘utilities’ market. She’s married with two small children. Mel is already busy reshaping our company procedures and ensuring we have the tools we need to do our work.
